We are in the 2nd Trimester

Well, we made it out of the first trimester. I had an OB appt on my birthday June 16th. We still have not been able to pick up the heart beat on the doppler so they went ahead and gave me another ultraound. Since it was my birthday they took did it longer than usual. The baby would not stay still long enough to measure the heart rate. The Dr. finally got it and it was at 170. We got mooned today and we did not see any boy parts. The Dr. said if this baby is not a girl she will be shocked. We are getting so anxious. Everything is going well and all of my bloodwork came back great. We have a follow upappt in two weeks.

First OB appt

We had our first OBGYN appt today. I had to do a pap smear and a full exam. Not my favorite thing in the world to do. We had a lot of blood work done as well. They could not pick up the heart beat on the doppler so we got an ultrasound. YIPPEE!!!! What an aweome thing to see our baby again. The heart was still racing at 170 bpm. I am thinking GIRL!!! We went over all of the paper work and discussed what we can and can't eat and how much water to be drinking a day. They gave us a goodie bag with all kinds of stuff in it. The Dr. gave Clay and I the picture and frame above. We go back in two more weeks.

11 weeks

Baby Kruse is a little over 2 inches and the heart was beating 160 bpm. I have my first OBGYN appointment Wednesday.

10 weeks

The baby is 1.3 inches and the heart was beating 180 bpm. Everything is looking good.

9 weeks

Well we have made it to 9 weeks 3 days. The Baby had a major growth spurt this week. Baby Kruse is almost an inch long and the heart was beating 168 bpm. Dr. Taylor gave me a list of OBGYN's and told me to make an appointment. We are about to graduate from FINO. We go back next Tuesday for another ultrasound and blood work.

8 Weeks

Everything is looking awesome. The Baby is 12.8mm (a little over 1/2 inch). The heart was beating 158bpm. All of my blood work was awesome and we have one week left to be on the added progesterone. We are about to be released to a regular OBGYN!!!! We go back next Monday for another ultrasound and blood work.
