37 weeks

Bryce 33 weeks 4 days

Bryce was all smiles today during our 3D ultrasound. He was dreaming away. We tried to get him to wake up but he refused. He is head down which is good. It is hard to believe that in less than 6 weeks he will be here.

Moving right along

We just got home from my OB visit. I have gained another pound for a grand total of 8 lbs. so far. Bryce's heart was beating 147 bpm. She sent me to an internist to check out my throat and he thinks it is a cold. I went back to the OB after for some lab work. My throat is killing me but all in all everything is going good. Back to the OB in two weeks.

Wow.....what a day. We got so much stuff. We are grateful to everyone that came and showered us with gifts.

Our first trip to L& D

Well, I went to L&D because it was almost 24 hours since I felt Bryce move. Clay called one of my best friends who works in L&D and she said go to the hospital to get checked out if for nothing else peace of mind. They immediately hooked me up to the monitor and his heart was beating 153 bpm. Thank goodness. After about thirty minutes he started moving around in there like crazy. Music to my ears. The doctor on call ordered an in depth ultrasound and everything looked great. They aren't allowed to tell you anything so it was a bit nerve wracking. After 5 hours in there we were released. I am so relived and feel so much better. While we were there, Clay pre-registered me. Hopefully we will not have to go back until Bryce makes his debut. The nursing staff at the hospital was awesome.

28 weeks

Well, we are in the third trimester. YIPEE!!! I went to the OB and I gained another pound. Bryce's heart was beating 152 bpm. I had to take my one hour glucose test today and I must say that drink was nasty. I won't get my results back for a few days. I sure hope I passed it because I do not want to drink that stuff again. We talked a little about what we wanted to happen after he is born such as circumcision, pediatrician and more. You know we are getting close when we start talking about that. We start going to the OB every two weeks now. I am getting nervous.

27 weeks

26 weeks

I have been doing my P17 shots for three weeks now. They make me very sleepy and I have a knot on my hip. Bryce is very active in my tummy. We are fixing to set up our appointment for the 3D/4D ultrasound. I can't wait to see what he looks like.

25 weeks

We are finally registered at Babies R Us and Target. Clay had a lot of fun doing that. I started my P17 shot and the z pack. I have been very tired the last couple of days. We are leaving for Destin to enjoy our last mini vacation before Bryce gets here. I can't believe we only have 105 days until his EDD.

Too cute

24 week appt

We went in for our 24 week appointment this afternoon. We had a two hour wait today. I finally got back there and I have only gained a pound. YIPPEE!!! I have to start my shots on September 1st once weekly and start my z-pack then as well. I am not looking forward to the shots. We are measuring right on target and go back in 4 weeks when I will do the glucose test. One more monthly appt and then biweekly. Bryce did not want to co-operate for the nurse today...LOL. We finally got his heartbeat and it was 158bpm. He is stubborn!

20 week anatomy ultrasound

Bryce weighs 13 ounces and was more than proud to show us his BOY parts today. They have moved our due date up to December 18th. We go back to the OBGYN on August 26th. His nursery is just about done. The changing table should be in tomorrow and we are about to start registering. Thanks for all your prayers. We appreciate them.

IT'S A BOY

15 weeks

I went to the OB again this morning. I have only gained 1/2 pound in the last 2 weeks. AWESOME!!! We were able to pick up the baby's heart beat right away today. I knew we would since I have been able to find it at home on our doppler. The heart was beating 158 bpm. Since I had Blake pre-term we are going to have to take some precautions this time to prevent it. Starting around 20 weeks we are going to start the P17 injections weekly which is a form of progesterone and a z-pack a month. I am not a fan of shots but I had shots with IVF so I can do this. We talked about this rash I have had all over my legs and stomach since pregnancy. She sent me to the dermatologist. I go back in 4 weeks which is the longest I have ever had to go between visits. Thank God for my home doppler...LOL!!

I went to the dermatologist and they did a biopsy to see what it is. That hurt a butt load. She prescribed me some kind of cream and we should hear something within 7 days. I have to go back in 10 days to have the stitches removed. It has been a long day.
